For this new home, our clients wanted a modern home with a view. And that’s what this home is! You can enjoy beautiful sunsets from the dining room, kitchen and living room. This home is located in Spokane, WA near the South Hill’s Moran Prairie.

The kitchen features a waterfall countertop. Waterfall countertops are often used in modern homes for a beautiful, sleek look. Many people are attracted to this look, as it shows off the gorgeous material of the countertop and makes a dramatic statement with a continuous flow that is pleasing to the eye.

The outside deck is finished with a delicate cable rail system. Cable for the infill and aluminum was used for the posts. A beautiful outcome that should provide low maintenance and a modern look!
