Nestled in a tranquil and secluded setting, this French Country home offers both peace and proximity to amenities, with the Little Spokane River flowing through the property. The residence required updates in key areas, including the kitchen, living room, mudroom, and laundry room. Our clients envisioned the kitchen as a central hub for social gatherings with friends and family. Unique elements of the kitchen design include a built-in table at the island's end, a concealed refrigerator, and a conveniently placed microwave drawer in the lower section of the island.

The addition of a wine cellar was another client request. This cellar showcases exquisite brickwork and bespoke wine racks. The brick theme is extended throughout the home, creating a visually pleasing continuity from the hallway into the living room, where it enhances the walls' connectivity and aesthetic appeal.
